Broccoli soup


2 litres of water
half broccoli head
2 carrots  peeled and chopped into chunks
1 parsley peeled and chopped into chunks
Piece of  leek  chopped into chunks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Pour 2 liters of water into a large saucepan add broccoli , carrots, parsley and 3 tablespoons olive oil. Then boiling about 25 minutes then purée with a hand blender. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with cream on the top.
