Chicken wrap with vegetables


2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 skinless, boneless  chicken breast , cut into strips
Red  pepper, cut into strips
Green pepper, cut into strips  
Small red onion, sliced
Iceberg lettuce
Handful  sweetcorn /canned
Fat free natural yogurt  1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
sweet pepper  powder

For Chicken breast:

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cut the chicken breast into strips than brush the chicken breast  with olive oil and then season with salt, black pepper and sweet red pepper.  Cook them on the grill, about 10 minutes , depending on their thickness.

For  fresh vegetables:

Use as many vegetables as you want for your wrap.
 Red  pepper and green pepper cut into strips. Red onion, tomato, cucumber and iceberg lettuce  cut into slices. Prepare handful sweet corn. 

For the sweet and sour dip:

Fat free natural yogurt  put into cup and add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce then mix together.

For the wrap:

Warm the wrap on grill or on pan. Spread wrap with  sweet and sour dip. Place grilled chicken bites and fresh vegetables  along centre of the wrap.  Fold and roll the wrap to secure the filling and serve.
