Ingredients (for one person):
One skinless boneless chicken breast/ cut into bites
100g( 8 oz) canned tomatoes/chopped
50 g ( 2 oz)fresh mushrooms
100 g (4 oz) noodles
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped chilli ( don’t use if you don’t like hot food )
3 spring onions
1 teaspoon salt/for noodles
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoon soya sauce
For noodles:
Cook noodles according to manufacturer directions.
Add salt into boiling water.
For chicken:
Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces, brush chicken breast with vegetable oil and soya sauce then season with black pepper. Add chopped chilli ad mix together. Preheat the pan to medium-high heat and fry chicken bites about 10 minutes , depending on their thickness.
For the vegetables:
Preheat pan with tablespoon oil to medium-high heat. Cut mushrooms and springs onions into slices and fry them in another pan about 4 minutes than add tomatoes from can and boil about 5 minutes and add chicken bites
Last step:
Put noodles in middle of plate and add chicken and vegetables on the top.
